In the new global marketplace, it has become essential for companies to exhibit their products and services with flare and regularity if they are to reach an ever expanding market. With this in mind, Abacus Exhibition and Display Services was set up to lead the way in cooperation, information, customer service and satisfaction.

Abacus Exhibition and Display Services was conceived as a solution to the lack of a good reliable one stop contractor based primarily in the South East of England, but able to provide services in most areas throughout Europe and the World. Its Directors and Senior Management have been involved with exhibitions, interiors and display for many years. We all have a very 'hands on' attitude, and will be found directly overseeing all jobs that we undertake. The directors have been involved in the management and guidance of many small businesses enabling them to market correctly and grow into much bigger companies over a period of time. The directors have performed many marketing turnarounds on large floundering businesses and advised on the marketing teams of many household name businesses, experience in this sector spans well over 30 years.

Initially Abacus was trading from a private garage and offices in Kent with only a handful of loyal clients. Our ever growing client base and our reputation for quality with our clients soon meant a base for operations and design needed to be found. Space was found and allocated by one of the company directors in Swindon to facilitate a closeness to all of our clients in the South and good close links for the main UK Exhibition venues. We have the use of multiple storage facilities to pass on the most cost effective solution to our clients.

The production facility of 20,000 square feet is fully equipped to cope with the demands of our clients allowing our dedicated contract specialists to pull together in their varied fields as and when needed to keep the overhead costs down. Some of warehousing is dedicated entirely to storage of clients’ stands, sets, stock and equipment. We now have further consultants covering various areas in the UK, allowing us to get a consultant to you within 24hrs if needed.

The company is a clever mix of traditional craftsmanship and practices coupled with new state of the art materials that employ cutting edge fabrication techniques.

Our production team have over 40 years experience of the exhibition and conference industry with more experience collectively from all fields including interiors, furniture making, shop dressing and refits.

We pride ourselves on being a one stop solution to your Exhibition, Interior, Conference or Refurbishment needs. We specialise in a tailored design and help with every stage up to and including the final decommissioning.

We are a local company with a global reach based in the South of England, so nothing is too far away for us to sort out. We use dedicated project managers to oversee every part of your build, they are well versed in the local building regulations and health and safety requirements.

We pride ourselves on the standard of customer service and satisfaction that we give to our clients. In this vein each project manager and exhibition consultant work as a team with their individual clients to give continuity throughout. Although this is a high speed, high pressure industry we never lose sight of how important and significant your expenditure is on a stand and space at exhibition. Because of this I feel you need to be looked after from your very first phone call or e-mail by one person.
