Abacus Exhibition and Display Services pride ourselves on being exhibition specialists and as such we are able to provide a wide range of Shell Scheme services. We can supply a very cost-effective shell scheme set up to a more tailored solution offering greater flexibility to the organiser and exhibitor. We can hire only, offer a full delivery service, lights and furniture, full installation with carpeting for your entire venue or simply organise the event for you with safety and fire officers. Dedicated project managers can handle whole events simply allowing for custom exhibition stands to be integrated easily. We have worked at many of the UK’s Exhibition venues, giving us a good understanding of what works and different layouts. We believe keeping it simple is the key……because if its simple it works!!
The panels that are available
for hire come covered in a variety of different formats some in
a simple white board type material for the application of graphics,
some covered in a grey or blue material and some which are Velcro
friendly, for the easy application of graphic boards. There are
a variety of sizes available but most common is 2.5m high x 1m wide.
Our more flexible systems offer virtually seamless joining methods
to give unbroken clean surfaces for display purposes.
Other services include the supply of tailored lighting, ceilings
and stand electrics.
